About Us
Elevating the Brand & Event Experience—Since 2003
Only the Best Models is a full-service talent agency specializing in spokesmodels, brand ambassadors, and event talent who don’t just show up—they drive results.
With over 20 years of experience staffing thousands of events across Illinois and Arizona, we help brands cut through the noise by delivering professional, brand-educated talent who engage consumers, represent your brand with credibility, and create memorable experiences that convert to sales.
From high-energy product sampling to polished trade show representation, our team is trained to seamlessly integrate into your marketing strategy—on or off premise, upscale or casual, day or night. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all staffing. Every activation is thoughtfully matched with talent who understands your brand, your audience, and your goals.
Your brand deserves more than staffing. It deserves representation—Only the Best.

“It is my pleasure to work with Becky over the past 3 years. Becky and her team are often the first point of contact with our customers so it is important to us at Warsteiner that we have the most professional people representing our brands with retailers and consumers. With Becky we get top notch quality people at our events – Becky is always sourcing diverse individuals who embody our brands and have a deep rooted knowledge of the consumer. We get results due to Becky’s commitment and her team’s ability to influence consumer choice at retail / point-of-purchase. I look forward to many years of continued success with OB models.”
